Speed of delivery was very fast. Box arrived relatively undamaged, item inside were in perfect condition.
Instructions in manual were a somewhat unclear but setup was relatively easy. You have to follow the sequence of “turning the device on (long button press) > connecting to Bluetooth > opening app” precisely or certain features will not work properly. In my first several attempted to use device (open app > attempt to connect to device from inside app), the camera button and zoom switch functions did not work until I followed steps in the correct order (surprisingly all the other feature worked). I wish there was an FAQ or troubleshooting guide that would have pointed out those steps instead of having to fiddle with the device for a while.
Device is pretty quiet, although here is an almost inaudible “grinding” noise that does come from the device while switched on you can only hear when your ear is right next to it. Use of secondary microphone is definitely advised for video.
